The Lollipop Lane Craft Boutique returns to the John Todd Community Center at Mayfair Park on Saturday, October 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Boutique Committee will begin accepting vendor applications starting August 17.
Registration will be conducted through non-electronic mail-in registration only. Walk-ins and faxed applications are not accepted. The form below should be opened, printed, filled out, signed and mailed in. Carefully review and follow the form’s instructions.
